Le Trottoir alla Darsena

In the middle of Piazza XXIV Maggio is a restaurant/bar with the name "Le Trottoir alla Darsena". It's a melting pot of creative, international minds near the Center of Milan. "Le Trottoir alla Darsena" is famous for it's history. It is built on an idea to renew an old and similar restaurant called "Le Trottoir", Andrea G. Pinketts, a famous italian writer from Milan, wrote all his books there.

"Le Trottoir" is a place for relaxation where you may escape from the swarming fashion-capital of the world, Milan. "The idea is to recreate the artistic atmosphere that used to be, when culture and fun was conjugated to the perfection". Although peaceful in the day, at night it fills up with lively souls for a good night including beverage and live music(Jazz, Blues etc).

You find it in the middle of the huge and busy roadcross Piazza XXIV Maggio 10 minutes south of "Duomo" by foot. They also serve good food and there is free wi-fi connection. Therefore it is a great place to stop by during the day for a coffee to read up on your latest e-mails or add your new Journey.
