I always have to little time when I am in Trondheim and this time was no different. I had got a really good deal on the Katie Melua concert during the Olav fest days (st. Olav celebration). The festival is a mix between a medieval festival and a music festival, many good artist both classical and pop music perform during the festival days and all over Trondheim you can see different activities connected to the festival, although most of the action is in front of Nidarosdomen and in the courtyard to Erkebispegården .

I think Trondheim is a really charming and nice city, and to visit Trondheim during the Olavfest days late in July is not a bad idea :)
