The wind is blowing in my face and the boat is cruising over the water. I look up and i se the wonderfull Seven Sisters! They are only a few meters from the boat and i can feel the mist from the water running down the hillside. On the other side i see the Suitor which is also called the Wooer. These are two of the most famous waterfalls in Geirangerfjorden, which is actualy on the UNESCO Heritage list. The Boat takes us all the way to the end of the fjord before it turnes. Whereever you turn your head there are huge mountains.

Vâneren, et innhav hvor du ikke kan se land på den andre siden. Jeg har fine opplevelser med seilbåt fra dette område. Nå skal jeg fomidle en tur med 2 venner som gikk fra Håverud til Åmål, i en liten, men meget rask båt. Når du ser bilde av båten er det vanskelig å forestille seg 3 velvoksne karer med telt og oppakning.

Out on the laguna - in front of my hut - the fishing boats are slowly drifting out to sea. The air is fresh and clean with a nice smell of ocean. Only ten minutes from Kristiansund city center, around an hour to Molde and 30 minutes from the spectacular Atlantic road, is a nice place called Sveggvika. Right now Sveggvika is not much more than a construction site and some interesting plans, but in a few month it is going to be an vibrant and exiting tavern and apartment complex.

It's laying on my plate staring up at me, one of the strangest food traditions the Norwegian kitchen has to offer. Smalahove origin's from the west of Norway, but today it has become a popular delicacy all over Norway, smalahove is usually served with cabbage stew, potato and of course Beer and aquavit.

This is a hotel Complex with hotel rooms and apartments in all kinds of different sizes. The apartments can hold from 2 to 6 people, and you get your own kitchen and bath room! Tanumstrand is located about 1 km out side of Grebbestad, which is a verry cute and kozey willage by the sea. The hotel complex is also located by the sea and the walk from the hotel too the village is just a nice little walk, esepcialy during the sun sett!

His name is Geluwilson Dos Santos Arauzo. His "nickname" is Wilson. He is 21 years old, and live together with his mother and brother outside Natal in Brasil, Some days a week he also have the responsibility for his one-year-old son. Wilson told that he had been in school for nine years, and in the touristfield for more than four years. He started as beachboy, selling fruits and everything to the tourist. His father and brother do the same. To day Wilson is guide for everyone who wants help to exsplorer the enormous country on their own. I that case I met him. The following three days we spent together, travelling with private cars, taxies and beachbuggies along the coast from Natal and more than fifty kilometres behind Johao Pessao. The tour were filled with exploring activities, citylife and pleasent meetings with art and cultur. However: It is not my experience as tourist, but my impression of Wilson as one of the hopeful youngsters from the new generation in Brazil, I want to chare and tell you.

"I had a dream" - Wilson said first time we talk seriously together. I dreamed about education and position. But now I have a son and pay for him every week. - How do you learn your excellent english? I asked. One american client give me private lessons, he said. In three months I learn enough to speak with everyone. - And your dream to day? I replied. How will yout life be in five years? - I do not know, said Wilson, but I hope to earn enough to spend some time at school, learning administration and economi, - And so? I was still listening. - And so, continued Wilson. I hope to start my own travel agensy. Being my own boss and my own manager. - Do you think it is possible?

The breeze touch my face with the smell of fall, and harwest. In front of me lies Tyrifjorden sparkling bright and in the east I see Gyrihaugen reflecting in Steinsfjorden. I change gears on my bike when i reach the top after passing over the long plain Steinssletta and head toward the hilly Røyselandet.the fields are colored in purple, green, brown and yellow from the vegetable and fruit production and in the distance, I see the tower of Bønsnes church.

We are going to our annual visit to the amusement park Liseberg in Sweden. My daughter and I are totally in to it and try to get there every year. This time we are 11 people going. That is Kristi my daughter, her husband Tor Arne and their 3 children Emilie, Malene and Markus, Its Anne Gro the daughter of my sister and her children Karoline, Maren and a friend Kristin and her grandchild Thea Mathilde, daughter of Karoline.
